Is the Hotel open?
We know that we are going through a period of worry and uncertainty, and we want you to know that your safety and well-being are our priority today more than ever. For this reason the hotel will remain closed until the expiry of the dpcm currently in force, December 3 2020, in the hope of being able to have our guests with us as soon as the situation has improved.
How does the payment of the deposit work? What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
At the time of booking we require a deposit equal to 25% of the total fee, which you can pay by bank transfer, postal order, or credit card. In case of cancellation, the deposit will never be lost, and can be reused with another stay within a year.
Is it mandatory to pay the deposit also for stays on the occasion of the New Year and Epiphany?
We understand that we are in a period subject to closures and travel limitations so, for this period, we have decided to NOT request a deposit for the stay. Just contact the reception to receive the offer for your holiday and communicate which one you want to confirm.
How are the guided tours organized?
We organize guided tours for small groups of people; it is possible to do outdoor excursions and to visit the historical centers of Rimini and the many small villages of the hinterland.
How are the rooms sanitized?
Rooms are cleaned daily by our housemaids and the departure of each customer, each room is sanitized with a machine that spray hydrogen peroxide into the air.
Even the linen is disinfected with detergents specifically designed for fabrics. In the end there is also the chance for a free, upon request, ozone treatment which is particularly useful for those who have allergies to mites, pollens or animal hair.
Is fast check-in mandatory?
Upon confirmation of the booking, received by mail, there will be a red button with the phrase “fast check-in”.
Fast check-in is not mandatory, but it’s suggested to avoid any long waiting at the front office; and if you find yourself in some difficulties, you can always request a video with all the instructions.
What does change at the restaurant?
At the Restaurant biffe will be served by the staff at your own table. Also you can choose where you’d like to eat: in the restaurant hall, the gared or in the room… and don’t forget the delivery service at the beach!
From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on the day of departure?
We guarantee the rooms from 1:00 pm onwards. On the day of departure the rooms must be left by 10:00 am. If necessary, you can always leave your suitcases at the reception.
Is the Hotel also accessible for disabled customers?
The hotel has a ramp at the entrance, and a stair lift to access the restaurant. The common areas have no architectural barriers. We also have four predisposed rooms: the width of the doors is greater than 60 cm. The mattresses are 18 cm high. The bathrooms have no shower box and have a 53 cm high toilet; the seat to attach to the grab bars is also available.
Are pets allowed?
We like to call us a Pet Hotel: your furry friends are more than welcome … and no additional costs will be asked!
Is there a possibility of parking?
We have two parking options: unattended outdoor parking behind the hotel at a cost of € 8.00 per day; or an unguarded underground garage next door ad the cost of € 12.00 per day.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes: our customers can connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, which is completely free.
What are the reception opening and closing times?
The reception is open 24/7.
How can I pay for my stay?
The stay can be paid by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PagoBancomat) or cash. From 7:30 am to 10:30 pm we are available to complete the payment of the stay.
How can I reach Hotel Corallo Rimini?
- By train: once at the station, you can take the Tram n. 11 direction Riccione and get off at stop n. 13, which is right in front of us; or taxis are also available, we are located in Viale Vespucci 46, at the height of Bagno N. 35;
- By car: on the highway, take the Rimini Sud exit and follow the directions for Marina Centro.
